It is our glorious and blessed heritage that our great old people had invented, made research, practiced, handed down to us this unique art YOGA.
W.H.O., the World Health Organization calls it YOGA THERAPY and is an art of curing diseases. So it can be taken for granted that mere medicine can not cure man’s ailment. To understand this, there are only few Yoga Therapy Centers in the world to explain this in a fruitful manner. This blog has been brought to explain YOGA & YOGA THERAPY in lucid and clear way, so that even a lay man (medically) can understand the benefits of YOGA.
Everyone has to live a life of good health and happiness for which this blog will be a lighthouse. By learning and practicing this art one gets mental strength, give no room to sorrow and tension. In short, health is a great boon and one could sacrifice anything but not health, because, of all the gifts the nature provided health is the supreme one. YOGA exercise and its associate MEDITATION are the foundation pillars for health.
